Overview
AI agents that answer, qualify and follow up with real-estate leads. I build the retrieval, telephony and CRM services that give those agents knowledge and context — and the tests that prove they work.
What I built
- 01
A production-ready RAG microservice from scratch — FastAPI, pgvector, Celery and S3 — with two-stage retrieval using Voyage AI embeddings and reranking, exposed to agents as a LangChain tool.
- 02
An AI missed-call system on Telnyx: voicemail transcription, AI lead extraction, and WhatsApp (Meta API) or email notifications to leads and managers.

A property microservice integrating real-estate CRMs (Apimo, Bitrix24, Property Finder), giving agents live property search with agency-defined rules.
- 04
An AI support assistant, a knowledge-base management UI in React, and JWT service-to-service auth between Django and FastAPI services.

Real end-to-end validation with Playwright, observability with Prometheus and Grafana, an in-browser missed-call simulator, and the start of the mobile app in React Native / Expo.
